Blossomproject helps young women, 16 – 25 years, going through tough times get back on track, achieving their potential in education, work and life.
It does this by encouraging early help-seeking, positive emotional health literacy, social-connectedness and involvement in a community setting.
Blossomproject provides:
- Accessible information to support emotional health
- Safe and nurturing early help with others who understand.
Use the resiliency information on this website to help with positive emotional health. Or, if you would like more help and support, 10-week Blossomproject workshops will be available in Victoria during 2012. Contact us to register your interest in a Blossomproject workshop.
“It’s so easy to feel so alone and just restrict yourself to your bedroom all day and having a place where there are other girls it’s like wow, OK, I’ll go and connect with them and you can help them and they can help you and you kind of learn together.”
